Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days. The only requirement is that the product package is unopened and undamaged. To start the procedure, please contact us at info@notjustacuppaa.com. Please note we do not cover delivery/shipping costs for items being returned. Once the products arrive at our address, our refund department will examine the package, and ensure that the product is unopened and undamaged. Further to this, the refund will be credited to the credit card you paid with within 14 days.

Please note:

• Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through www.notjustacuppa.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

• For any International returns, please may we also ask you to ensure that you mark ‘RETURNED GOODS’ along with your name clearly on the outside of the parcel to avoid any import duty on its arrival in TURKEY, any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
